McKenzie Finney

McKenzie graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning. Shortly after graduation, she returned to her hometown and joined the Stephens | Heffner team in June of 2022. McKenzie holds her Life & Health Licenses and is studying for her security licenses.

Her passion for all things financial planning began early. She knew she wanted to help people but couldn’t find her niche until she found financial services to be a place where she can combine her head for numbers and her heart for people. While attending Kansas State University, she got to immerse herself in the world of financial services and developed a passion for the importance of financial literacy. Her favorite part is seeing all the positive changes within the financial services industry and being a part of that change as well as seeing clients achieve their financial goals.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to see the great outdoors (she would pick a national park over a city any day), and reading a good book in her free time. McKenzie is a big animal lover! She has a bunny at home and two rescue pups who love to go on jogs with her.
