Dana Arnold

Dana Arnold is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the Butler branch of Stephens | Heffner Financial Partners.  Dana brings over 40 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Accounting to the team.

Prior to joining the Stephens | Heffner team, Dana worked for Associated Natural Gas as a Client Services Rep. and CSR trainer, traveling throughout Missouri and Arkansas.  After an eight-year stint there, the 75-year-old family grocery business needed Dana to step into management.  As manager and accountant of the family business, she was also needed at the family furniture store.  In just a few short years, Dana became co-owner of Furniture House, the family furniture business.  During the family business era, she was the founder and past president of the Downtown Association, a non-profit business organization. 

Born and raised in Butler, MO, Dana is very devoted to her church and community.  She and her husband Jim attend Immanuel Baptist Church, where Dana serves as Chairperson of the Administrative Team and is worship coordinator for the praise team, Souled Out.  Music is life to Dana.  She performs in the Butler Brass and the Bates County Nostalgia Band, playing lead trumpet.   She also is very passionate about traditional country music…...singing, playing guitars and keyboards.

In her spare time, you can find Dana hanging out with Jim, practicing music, working in the yard, working on genealogy, or spending time with her parents, two children, five grandchildren, and her cat, Buttons Arnold.
